Took many photos of the tropical plants in the Gardens. Some of the specimens and colors were amazing! There were also mineral baths as well as a waterfall. The mineral baths were large cement tubs filled with water. Did not look special, but then again have never been to mineral baths before so not sure what they usually look like.... More

The botanical gardens were very nice, and a little pricey but not terrible. You cannot bath in the waterfall. The mineral baths (additional fee) are basically big cinderblock bathtubs- not very natural feeling at all. Disappointing

If you like quiet place, flowers and plants... this is your place. One hour or less is enought to see and enjoy. You could try the mineral baths but it is optional. The fall is not that tall but lovely to see.

I went there on a shore excursion with Royal Caribbean. The guides were very knowledgeable of the park. Looking at the waterfalls felt like heaven on Earth. This is also a good place for anyone interested in French history as King Louis xiv had personal interests in the area.

If you have never seen a good size waterfall, this is worth the stop. Having been to Hawaii, this waterfall was decent but not dramatic in comparison. However it is still worth the stop. It makes for a pretty photo opportunity. For a Caribbean Island with a waterfall and bamboo forests, it is probably the closest thing on the East... More

The gardens are definitely worth seeing, and the waterfall is not spectacular (nor swim-able) but too close to miss. I didn't get much out of the mineral bath, that I know of, but it was relaxing. It was a beautiful excursion.

We loved the botanical gardens. It's not something you'll spend all day at, but its definitely something you must visit if you have an hour or so to spare.

Lovely place to visit and the flowers were absolutely beautiful. Very nice place to have a meal in their outside restaurant. We watched the coconuts being shelled and we drunk the milk and ate the flesh straight from the coconut he just shelled.

This is one attraction we highly recommend. One word: bring along your swim suits - you will want to experience the mineral baths up really close and really personal! The gardens are amazing - the "crab claws" flowers spectacular - red with yellow - look like they might be related to the ubiquitous Bird of Paradise flowers (the official flower... More

For a few bucks, you can hire a guide who will be a wonderful source of information and point out things you would otherwise miss. Well worth the stop here - bring your suimsuit and take a dip, too!
