Quite a large indoor market selling all the touristy rubbish that you have to bring home...... a good variety of stuff for the ladies, not so much for the guys but absolutely no hassle from the stall holders, all very polite to you. Don't forget to haggle to get the price down, it works in here and they enjoy it More

My daughter(11) and I had a great time shopping at Castries market. Each of us bought two beautiful summer dresses and a few wraps. The prices are really good, for my daughter's dresses were only $12 each, mine were $25 each. The wraps were only $10 each and it is beautiful, and can be used as an evening shaw. You... More

Can't really get the prices down because they already have good prices. The place to go if your looking for something to bring back for family and friends. More

we went there on a saturday afternoon, no cruise ships in the harbor. the natives have a big garage sale on saturday there. it was hot, crowded and stinky. if you want to see the poverty of the island go here. More

I've been to markets in other countries before. And while this one didn't wow me above the others, it had what I would expect in this type of setting. All the items I'd expect to be sold. The hustle and bustle. Pushy vendors. Laid back vendors. All in all, it had the charm I'd expect. I'd recommend it for anyone... More

Large under cover market where you can haggle for price, lots of fun. Very large and very nice duty free close by. More

Great way to see local artisans. We went during the week and went through Castries on Sat on our way out of town and it looked like it was really hopping then! I'd go on a Friday or Saturday for the best experience. More
