Being interested in local art from local artisans we read many reviews to find places to go. This spot was highly recommended on various sites as being a shop with great Haitian and local crafts. In fairness they did have a selection of items made in Haiti and some original pieces of art but not anything really worth making a...

Oh, I bought the funniest souvenier here. It was pretty inexpensive but some of the other crafts aren't. Nice people from Haiti run this pkacve and another gallery down the street - pretty gallery space. But, go here to see that wacky "Man with a barrel around him" wooden "doll".
Too funny!!!
