They are always full and mostly everyone keeps coming to their favorite for long periods of time. Never mind that it should be a religious celebration, though. People gather to drink!

This street is famous for its festivals that are held once a year. They are very busy, perhaps too busy by the Puerto Rican youth. There are crafts and musical performances.
