If you still decide to go make sure there is No moon at all or you will see very little. so check before you make a trip down for this or you will be very disapointed. Also remember things are on Island time so when they say leave at 7:30 could mean 8:30. More

I have had the pleasure of visitng the Phosphorescent Bay before. Though i wnet on a clear still night there wasn;t much activity and I was surprised that a young man from the company somewhat reluctantly dove off the boat to stir up the water. There was little activity and the boat was quite crowded . More surprising was that... More

Don't take the big boat go with the little boat to the right of the pier it may seem creepy to get into a small boat with dark water all around you and erie shadows of tree cluster islands but believe me that's the best way you will experience the magic of these waters at night. A guy jumps in... More

We had a very dark night, with clear skies. The boat ride out and in was great to look at the stars. Nice just to be out on a boat at night, in calm water. Even if the bay was a bust, the $6 each we paid for trip was worth it, We went on a small boat with JohnnyBoats... More

The number of bioluminiscent creatures was way less than what we experienced in Vieques. Haven't been to the one in Fajardo, but that one is much more expensive. If you get into the water it's a really neat experience More

Worth the drive to the "middle of no where". Take a boat out into the bay. It's an amazing experience, not to mention the view of a completely black starlight sky! It's heavenly! More
