If you want to deal with an annoying caddy who thinks he is at the Masters, then go ahead and golf. I literally had to tell my caddy to shut-up several times. Overall, I left more frustrated than relaxed. More

The golf course was very convenient. Caddies are mandatory, not really what we wanted. Nice people, but it made the game less casual. More

We stayed at BRB and brought our golf clubs thinking we'd be golfing everyday. We did not have to pay a greens fee, but even so it's close to $60 for the cart and mandatory caddie. (You can walk the course and it'd be cheaper, but everyday I was there it was just too hot to walk) After that, you... More

Let's start with the hotel can not help the fact that it is one of the older hotels in Oches Rios but really, they should mitigate that fault by at least making the lobby the first impression; large flower pots on glass tables and refreshing tropical drinks (with or without alcohol) instead of a wet nap to wipe your face.... We had a great time at this golf course. Will cost about $200 for two if renting clubs - would strongly suggest you take at least your golf shoes, balls, tees and any other accessories as you will have to pay for all of these separate. The $200 included the green fees, the clubs (they are okay-but grips need replacing),... More

The course is nice. But, Im used to playing in cow pastures in Northerrn Wisconsin. The greens were well kept. It was breeezy every day, and it felt good. The course is 10-15 degrees (F) cooler than the resort, so if you are dreading the heat, no worries. It's comfortable. I played afternoon rounds, as there was NO one on... More
