Walking arround the carenage it is so pretty - picture book carribean! We walked round on Easter Monday and it was all very quite in comparrison with the husstle and bustle of a normal day.

The main road into St George's (Grenada's capital) takes you onto the Carenage, which is the name of the harbour-front road. The scene is very beautiful with houses of various bright colours dotted around the lush green hillside above the harbour. If you follow the Carenage to its end, you can either park for the Ocean restaurant or BB's Crabback...

If you visit Grenada, St Georges a walk around the Carenage is a must. Take in the stunning views and enjoy the pleasant walk around the Marina.

Enjoyed walking the Carenage and taking in the sights and sounds of Grenada. Enjoyed meeting the people and watching the little children fishing. Disliked seeing the vandalisim of the phone booths.
