A quick tour and some photos are all you need to do. Gets very crowded, so run away from the groups! Bring some change to pay for the entrance and the boat (something like 200 pesos).
Nice place to visit when you are in town. Can easily be combined with a visit to the nearby water park. As some of the other reviewers mentioned before, feel free to ignore the "tour guides" that are approaching you as soon as you have parked your car, there is little that they can add.

caves, bats, tales of original inhabitants descending on vines, a boat trip across an incredibly blue pool to a path through the caves - this is not an attraction you'll want to miss if you have kids.

You don't need to pay a guide for 25us$ everything he tells you can be read on the Internet. It was a great time though and a nice break from the heat of the day! Haha
The pools were really pretty but only one was blue. The guide was knowledgable about the pools but that is basically it. It still is fun,
The place itself is nice, if you haven't been to southern Mexico. It is worth seeing if you like cave-like places and water, but it is not very long, unless you take the extra $30USD tour that takes you to the fourth "eye of water". The tourist guides are very nice and try to make jokes, and after the tour...
