With hindsight I realize that there are no longer tours of the factory. We "missed" the tour on our first day and were told to come back the following day. When we returned the following morning, we were told that the factory was closed and we were directed to the shop. We were rather persistent as we saw locals (possibly... More

Unfortunately the factory is closed but the shop is open and well worth a visit to soak up the atmosphere and view a really good selection of cigars, possible the best I found while in Cuba particularly if you can get in the VIP room. The prices are controlled so you will pay exactly the same all over Cuba unless... More

I experienced my first Cuban cigar at Partagas. It was a Monte Cristo and it was a very good cigar but the atmosphere made it a great one. Surrounded by beautiful carved old wood on the wall, big comfortable leather chairs. To all this I added a Serranno Espresso with the best crema I had ever seen or tasted. So... More

We went after hours so we missed the official shop. We were able to get in to see some of the building and buy some cigars from what appeared to be the night watchmen. Kind of sketchy but a great experience!

You can go direct to the factory as it is not actualy in the shop, very misleading. We were told to buy tickets at the Hotel opposite and then returned to the so called factory, and had to get a cab to the actual factory. In fact get the tickets when you get there.A very uninspiring quick tour. Not impresed

Unfortunately there was no tour because of the holiday season for all the workers, so don't go there early january! Has a good shop with a lot of cigar brands, some really expensive.

Was looking forward to this factory tour but having finally found a small sign on the entrance saying it had moved, I was disappointed. And with no cell, wifi or credit card facilities in Cuba, I just added this to my list of disappointments in Havana. I did ask the so called "friendly and always smiling" staff members a few... More

If you like cigars and rum this is the place. Buy some good cigars, and not fake ones, while having a Mojito in the bar.
