We liked the ease of getting about the island, and the different experiences of people and places we encountered during our ten day stay. More

This is a beautiful church with a wonderful warm atmosphere and fascinating history. Just a short stroll from Holetown the setting is very picturesque (no wonder that it is, apparently, very popular for weddings!) We were greeted by one of the volunteer guides who gave us a potted history and proved a mine of information. Some of the inscriptions on... More

We had a very warm welcome when we attended Sung Eucharist, with Morning Prayer. The Church is the oldest building in Barbados, I believe and certainly worth a visit, even if there is no service. Following the service was a little challenging, but we really enjoyed our visit and the enthusiasm of the congregation. More

Beautiful old building, decorated for the Harvest Festival with a great many anthuriums and bird of paradise. Worth a visit. We went to a service and found the parishioners kind and helpful. Visitors are acknowledged, Sermon was better than I remember from my Anglican background. More

I am not religious, but this site is worth visiting. The church is still used and it has lots of character. The building is constructed of beautiful coral stone (see picture) and that alone is worth the visit. There is a spectacular organ, encased in mahogany. Former president Ronald Regan and his wife visited the church during his presidency. While... More

This is worth the stop to visit--the architecture is beautiful, and the Church is rich in history, with docents who really know the details of the Church. More
