We were in Barbados on Wednesday, March 7. We were sailing with Carnival Victory. When we left our home a few days earlier we did not have our reservations set with Capt. Ron. We got a text from our daughter while we were on another island and I was able to connect with Capt. Ron and we agreed to meet... More

I recently traveled to Barbados with my wife and two other couples. It was our first trip to Barbados. We arranged a private charter on Wasn't Me with Captain Ron. It was an amazing day. The day looked liked it was going to be a bust because of the weather. he was able to adjust our times and the day... More

We added a special touch to our glorious fortnight in Barbados. A small group of 5 we chartered the superb catamaran, 'Wasn't Me'. The experience was out of this world. Booking was very straightforward and very well organised and from the moment we boarded Captain Ron and the charming Louis, looked after our every need. From reinvigorating smoothies to seriously... As a sailor I'm always dubious about these kind of organised trips but this one was different, it was fantastic! A group of colleagues and I were spending a few days in Barbados and decided to have an afternoon out on the ocean. I called Captain Ron the day before to finalise arrangements and numbers. Two mini busses picked us... More

I was a little hesistant to book this excursion because it was all done thru email messages, but I'm glad that I did, by far this was the best excursion we had on our 7 day southern caribbean cruise and we didn't even book it thru Carnival cruise lines, I'm starting to think, this is the right way to go!... We had not booked any shore excursions on our 7-day Caribbean cruise relying instead on local tour providers. However, I think we were extremely fortunate to be able to find two places on the "Wasn't Me" catamaran as it was preparing to sail at 10:00 due to some no-shows. Captain Ron and the crew were excellent providing free-flowing rum punch... More

The day we went it was overcast and we managed to get sunburned so don't forget the suntan lotion. wasn't me is a smaller boat we went on Th Tiami last time. This mean you... More

Captain Ron's Lunch Cruise was one of the best experiences we had on our 7 day Carribean Cruise on the Carnival Victory! Not only do you get to experience snorkeling with turtles, wonderful coral reefs teeming with fish and other interesting creatures, a delicious lunch and neverending drinks, the comraderie and fun bantering with the crew as we were included... Having been on another Catamaran cruise a few years ago in Barbados, which was overcrowded and with lots of grouchy kids, it was a refreshing treat to go out with Captain Ron a few days ago. There were 10 guests on board and we basically had the boat to ourselves. With this few people on board the service was personalised,... More

My husband and I visited Barbados as the last stop on a 7 day cruise. I had previously exchanged emails with Capitan Ron regarding a catamaran and snorkel trip; Ron always responded in a timely manner. On the day of the excursion, Ron met us at the designated time and location and informed us he wouldn’t be able to take... More
