In the last twenty years, I have been too a lot of places to eat in Barbados and i just cant be bothered to review them because nothing matches the authentic taste of barbados than Baxters road and eating proper bajan food, at night, in Baxters Road is what Barbados is all about.

when all the shops have closed in Bridgetown and all the cruise ships have left Baxters Road opens up, with a host of small little rum shops and places to eat and music from every corner, a fun place to be, but i prever Oistens especailly on a Friday night, even more so that they have rejuvinated the place recently....
