On a late september visit to Rocky Mountain National Park, we stopped first at the Moraine Park museum, here, as we stepped out of our car, we were greeted with a loud bugle calling contest among three bulls, right behind the museum. “Moraine Park Museum is also Moraine Park Visitor Center”

This is a small Rocky Mountain National Park Visitor Center just inside the east entrance of the park. It is very close to the Beaver Meadows Visitor Center, which is a larger Visitor Center. But the Moraine Park Visitor Center also has the Museum upstairs, as well as a small gift shop and the ranger station on the main floor. More

This is a little museum on Bear Lake Road. I found it very interesting. It had interactive displays on the geology of the park and how it was formed. There are also exhibits on the animals in the park. More
