Look for the Holzworth Historic Site when visiting Rocky Mountain National Park - the "Never Sumer Ranch" moniker was a 1960's era dude ranch on the site - but let the NPS staff fill you in on the true historical nature of the place. In the Kawuneeche Valley on the west side of RMNP. More

Since the Never Summer Ranch is no longer in existence, I am assuming this is in regards to the Holzwarth Historic Site. This site was built in the 1920s by a rancher. The area experienced a population boom when prospects of wealth in the mountains nearby was announced. However, little materialized, and the site was left utterly deserted. The Never... More
