Early morning here was amazing, highly recommend! You can drive here without taking the shuttle buses, which was really nice. Great for sunrise photos.

well worth the stop after the watchtower view. try to get there early...that way you can really enjoy the splendor. Parking is limited.

Amazing view of the canyon and river. Also if you look off into the distance you can see a pair of snow capped mountains. Don't miss out on the desert views people!

This is a bucket list item. It is around 30 minutes drive from grand canyon village.Hike down a little bit to see one of the most spectacular sunset in Grand Canyon. Reach at least half an hour before sunset.The Colorado river looks beautiful and colors are amazing.

you get a different angle of the canyon -- worth the 20 min drive frm the south rim hotels. It's right where the colorado turns north -- great to see what one river can do.
