I personally preferred the terrain and scenery of the east rims of the canyon, but this was beautiful in its own right. I was, however, disappointed in the Sky Walk, as it was not as large as I had anticipated.

It's a long drive some of which is on unmade road. The prices our totally over the top for the experience. You cannot take any cameras on the skywalk so if you want memories of being on it you have to pay $30 per photo! It was okay but I wouldn't do it again.

We had a great time touring the canyon & dam. I'd recommend it to everyone. So educational. And fun for the price!

Whatever you do, do not go to the West rim. Go to the South rim. The West rim is owned by Indians and it is a complete rip off. The drive is horrible, the prices are outrageous, you cannot see the Grand Canyon AT ALL without paying. Avoid at all costs. Do not make the same mistake I did.

The van picked up from the hotel 'The Miraje' as well as the rest of the people from different hotels. We were 8 in total. The driver was also the guide for the tour.
The drive is long (over an hour) and...
