“A nice break on the way up from Phantom Ranch.”

The sites are spacious and clean bathrooms abound! Deer roam the area and the view of the stars from tentless nights were awesome! More

“Beautiful oasis on Bright Angel Trail”

We hiked up the Bright Angel Trail from Phantom Ranch, and Indian Garden was a wonderful oasis along the way. The cottonwood trees make it a leafy, shaded, area of green very different from most of the trail. There are bathrooms and water available, as well as benches to rest on. Walking down to Indian Garden is easy. The trail is wide and maintained and descends in a switch-back fashion. There are picnic tables, large trees, and water at Indian Garden.
