“Best View in the Park”

This lake is right in front of Many Glacier Lodge, which is my favorite location in the park. It's surrounded by glaciers. Have taken boat rides across this lake and Josephine Lake to go to Grinnell lake and glacier. Have spotted moose and bears in the area more than once. More

they have a nice nature trail around the lake for a nice beginner hike. The italian restuarant near the motor inn is fantastic I highly recommend it after a long hike :) More

Returning to Swiftcurrent one day, we stopped at Many Glacier and took the walk around Swiftcurrent Lake. Except for the mosquitos, we enjoyed the trail and views of the lake and Many Glacier Lodge. It's a short walk at one point to walk to Lake Josephine. Back at the lodge, we walked inside the grand old hotel and enjoyed the... More
