Do I like their wines the best of any I've tasted on the island? No Do they have an excellent tour? Definitely The tour guide spoke excellent english, answered questions with patience and allowed us time to explore and take pictures before moving on. The tasting was very informative for self proclaimed wine newbies. More

It is great to discover that besides the stunning views Santorini has also fantastic wines!! We decided to visit the Boutari winery after reading tripadvisor comments. The winery arranged our transfer from Oia with an extra cost, preventing us from driving and drinking! We did the tour and tasting package,it was great, informative and in the end we tasted 6 wines... Several good wines, including a unique wine that was harvested and crushed at night, "Nichtiri" I think. A big vineyard and winemaking operation. A cool way to kill some time on the south side of the island. More

The winery was near the Vedema hotel where we were staying, so we decided to give it a try. It was not quaint at all - instead, it felt like you were in a converted warehouse. Don't feel like you need to check it out - you wouldn't be missing anything by not going. More

We are red drinkers and find some wines in Greece too sweet. We found a really good one at the Boutari Winery and brought one home, the Skalani. The tour was interesting and we enjoyed tasting the wines. We got there when they opened and had to wait maybe 20 minutes for a full group before going on the tour. More

We went to Boutari after reading the great reviews on trip advisor and it was so much better than what I thought. We tried 9 different wines and did a tour of the winery for 10 euro each. We ended up buying a bottle of wine at the end. It went for over 2 hours. We met some great people... More
