Our hotel told us the Lido bus no longer leaves from the Dolphin roundabout, they said instead you now have to go to Kosta Palace hotel for 10:40 to catch the Lido's own bus (free I think), or catch a public Mastahari bus on Kleopatras at 9am, 10am or 10.20am for 2.90 euros each one...
