Made this our first priority in Cairns given the high rating in the Frommer's Guide. We went for the day show. As it was raining cats and dogs, all the shows and activities were restricted to two areas. We completed everything in 1.5 hours. The dance was quite entertaining. The story of creation in the theatre seem a little dated....

We did this as part of a railway trip and sky rail. It was at the end of the day. Great opportunity to see and meet the local Aborigines , who showed you how they live and about their history. Learned how to throw a boomerang! Worth the money

We have travelled extensively, and I've yet to come accross anything like this. it's a truly uniquie experience. Highly sophisiticated with the use of lazer to conjure up dream time animals in the shows, and an opportunity to throw a boomerang and play a digeridoo. There are night dinner & show times too.

At $99, you'd expect a better show and food. There was not enough of cultural introduction, and entertainment factor was poor also. It was a five-man show with not much variety...

There was a didgeridoo show, where a decorated aborigine man explained the instrument and played it, then again in accompaniment to a nature slide show with other recorded instrumental music. We wished that the...

We went to Tjapukai as part of a day trip which included the Kuranda Scenic Railway, the Skyrail, and Tjapukai.
We arrived at Tjapukai not really knowing what the place was about, or what to expect. We were booked in for a lunch there and I have to say it was excellent. We were most impressed with the selection and...
