Its really very bitter experience of our family at the visit at Surkanda Mata temple, Dhanouti. We takes photos by a photographers and given full amount of photos. But its very sad this type of persons takes pictures and do not send thier picutres and not pick phones...Temple organisers and Smiti should take action against this type of cheater Photographers...

As already mentioned in the other review, the trek from the base to the peak is very tough, nearly straight, so its not for everyone. Much tougher than Vaishno Devi, if you would like to compare, though shorter too. There are options of horse ride also.
