Very interesting place. You can see all japan food from the sea. Especially look at tuna fish and crabs. Some of food you can cook by yourselves for the small fee at market cafe.
Near market there is a fishing place for money. More payment - more bigger fish you can catch.

We were at the market in Feb 2010. The wet market is incredibly clean and free of any odour. Everything there was so fresh that we could not stop eating. There is this famous local snacks shop by the name of 銘菓福菱 inside the market where you can get to taste the delicious samples. Good to buy as a gifts...
