Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What does it mean to have a coach? To answer yourself, you would have expected guidance on navigating the motorbike on the snow trek.
Think twice, at least, for this company.
We are two families, with a total of seven members. The English-speaking coach was so inpatient to ask three of us not to steer. We counter-proposed politely, in vain.
And this is one of the best ways to collect money without risk. But, at the risk of giving away your reputation, I'm afraid.

A great experience in the snow. We really enjoyed this activity and the kids had a fantastic time.
Kei our driver to and from the tour was absolutely fantastic. She offered local knowledge and was extremely friendly. We want to do it again Thank you 🙏🏻

Hired ski gear for a week - really helpful friendly staff who went out of their way to help. They gave us great tips on everything from catching the buses to best ski fields. They even took us to the gondala on day 1 and to the bus terminal when we left. Definitely would recommend hiring from these guys. Also bought some snow boots at a really good price

Very Poor value for money . Stayed in a line on a bumpy skinny track . Not what I expected , I could have walked quicker.

High-powered 600cc 2-stroke snowmobiles that you can't ride over 20km/h. Must stay on-track and in-line with rest of group - no overtaking (while watching staff members on their machines cut loose on virgin snow). Sort of like riding a motorcycle in first gear for an entire journey, behind someone else, while your instructor shows off on his machine 10m from you. Breathtaking scenery, but not much distance covered as you're travelling so slowly. This COULD be brilliant if speed was higher or even if just the distance covered was greater. As is, overpriced and wouldn't do it again :(

Me and my two sons, 11 and 13, did the snow shoeing and the snow mobile tours on the same day. We absolutely loved both activities especially because they allowed us to enjoy and appreciate the snow though different experiences and landscapes, something we wouldn’t be able to experience only skiing. Every staff in Lion Adventure was very professional and ready to help us with anything we needed. The manager kindly provided us with a courtesy pick up service at the hotel as it was snowy on the day we did the tours. I’d like to say a special thanks to our guide on the snow shoeing tour, Yushi. His his knowledge about the nature and his kindness and patience with us, first timers on snow shoeing made the whole experience even more memorable. We’re also thankful to Fernando, our guide on the snow mobile tour for being so careful and attentive the whole time and for bringing a vibrant energy that took the experience to another level!

This was a great little tour/experience with a couple of really good guides.
While it was explained it’s an “enter at your own risk” type of tour they provided a safety briefing for all comers.
Well worth the time to do!

We had a great time snowmobiling on Christmas Day. We had booked two single rides however were informed on the day that one of the snowmobiles wasn’t working so were offered a full refund or a tandem ride. While disappointing, Lion only charged us for one single rider and we changed driver half way through. The safety briefing was informative and the tour itself had great views.

Good safety briefing and practice run. Lovely run on a track by the river, very scenic. Some of us had a tandem ride which was good for the teens (13) as they could have a turn at driving. Good mix of terrain and really good fun. Maybe needed a bit longer as the time went really quickly.

Enjoyable introduction to snow mobiles, albeit only 60mins. Could have allowed the tandem riders to each have a practice before setting out. An enjoyable experience and definitely recommended as an experience cor those who have never ridden before.

Hey mate, we booked it through the lodge we stay at. We stayed at Penke Panke and the staff had brochures about everything. Can't go wrong..
Hope that helps.
