While not as big as Happo One, the fact that it joins to Hakuba 47 gives lots of choice of terrain. There are good long runs for all levels - with the easier runs being at the bottom.
Passes are maginally cheaper than Happo.

Good food, wonderful slopes, great gondola ride. Just a short walk up from Hakuba Goryu hotels, this family-friendly ski resort has everything you could want: lessons, rentals, challenging slopes and on a clear day an amazing view of the Japan Alps.

Good slopes, fun bits to pop off the sides of trails. lots of beginners though, and tree riding a definite no no

Not well integrated, tired infrastructure and limited equipment hire options.

Spent the day skiing goryu at hakuba, great intermediate runs with amazing views can wait to go back. Cheap lift ticket lots of places for cheap Bowl noodles. Must ski mountain in hakuba!

average skiing, too strict out of bounds rules. Some nice cruisers but preffered Happo or Cortina

It was a terrific day with limited visibility at the top of the resort. The lifts were fast and everything operated smoothly. Meal prices were reasonable and tasty. Vending machines were also available with prices as usual throughout Japan.
