Early May is not a season for flowers. So there are few flower strips during my visit. Yet, I still enjoy my 2 hour stay. Walking around in the souvenir shops and a museum/exhibition centre, seeing the limited flowers, trying the Lavander ice-cream and having a decent lunch.
The restaurant I took my lunch is not obvious as it's located...

Been there last week. Beautiful Lavenders are in full bloom. This is the month of July. It is also the most colourful time at the farm. We paid 5700 YEN per adult for the Day-trip which includes a bufffet-lunch at Prince Hotel, a visit to Farm Tomita and Shikisai Hills.

Went in Jul and this large, touristy farm was already filled with fully grown lavender. The IRODORI field has nice, long stretches of colourful flowers. In this farm, there is also a cafe, distillery workshop and perfume workshop
