I'm surprised there are bad reviews about this place! We went 2 weeks after spring break, so it was very quiet - probably about 12 people in the whole area. It was nice, warm, and clean, and the staff were friendly. The family changeroom was warm, and again very clean. The smallest pool was perfect for my older kids (2... More

We visited on a non peak week. Our Kids loved this place after a day if skiing. Great Tarzan rope and fun slides. 3 to 18 year olds will have a blast. Daddy liked the hot tubs.

We went march break so yes it was busy. The entry fee was included in our hotel stay. The change room simply cannot accomodate that many people. It was really small with 2 small locker nooks..with moms and young children and baby stroller there simply was no room to manoeuvre in there. I would only ever go back if i... More

We came with a group of 8, we bought day passes, when we were leaving mid-day my son and I requested a towel exchange, they refused. Our towels were wet and dirty and we wanted to dry off before leaving for lunch. The staff were not caring and were in fact rude. Their policy, stated on the sign at the... More

I just got home from this sad excuse for a waterpark. The facilities are below average. The water and facilities were filthy 20$ was completrley overpriced for what they have to offer. They are simply taking advantage of parents trying to find something to do with their young children which I think is quite sad. The worst example of this... More

This is a great place when you have 3 kids in Mont Tremblant on a rainy day! We took the 3-hour plan for 5 (2 adults + 3 kids) and it is not really expensive. The installation are very good, and the kids had fun for 3 hours while we were relaxing in the hothub. They have inside and outside... More

Our young kids enjoyed La source and it was a good choice for a rainy day. My daughter hurt her knee on the tarzan rope which I think was not designed very safely. It was quite crowded but it was March break. Bring your own towels as they only give you one and by the time you are in and... More

Do not bring anything of value with you to La Source. My son had his wallet stolen. His locker was locked with the lock that was provided and he had all 3 keys with him. When he returned to his locker, the lock was gone, the change he had in his pockets was gone and his wallet was missing. Needless... More

We took the kids here on a rainy day during a recent trip to Mt Tremblant - what a mistake. It cost us over $65 for 3 hours (!!!!) and then when we got inside, the temperature of the water was freezing in all of the indoor pool areas. Instead of laughing and enjoying our time, we ended up huddled... More
