We have been here many times, the service is always great, food GREAT, good selection of wines. Is a little pricey for Chile but definitely great for special occasions.

My husband and I were married last week in Puro Caballo in the town of Lagunillas near Casablanca. They made our dreams come true. The food was spectacular, beautiful people, gorgeous views, stunning horses, perfect decoration (exactly what we had asked for and more!!!!) and the overall service was out of this world. They made our day genuinely!!!

We had a late lunch at Puro Caballo. The facility and views are breathtaking. Their attention to running a beautiful facility and fine restaruant made was the perfect cap for our two week vacation. People, horses and dogs were special!

I visited Puro Caballo at Casa Blanca, Chile, near Valparaiso, as part of group travel in South American tour with Vantage Travel in early October 2008. Puro Caballo is all about the Chilean horse, the oldest horse in South America. The staff at Puro Caballo are very hospitable. Their "lead Dog" adds to the atmosphere with his very friendly demeaner...
