This was a lot of fun. We went on the deluxe 3-hour tour. My wife was a little iffy with her quad, so she rode along with the tour guide Byrnell. Both she and Shannon, the other guide, were great.

loved the serenity and history of the ditch tour drift. It was quiet and the rain forest was gorgeous. The history of the area, narrated succinctly by Hula, our guide, put us in the place during its previous incarnations. My family had a blast on the Kohala Ditch Adventures... It was a nice kayaking the flumes... Our guide "Tidah" was very knowlegdeable about Hawaii and the surrounding Kohala Area...
