Viceroy Snowmass deserves an award. We have had 11 nights here and I can't fault them. Good food. Good service. Decently priced. Not huge portions. No olive oil mixture to dip bread in. Nothing to write home about, but not bad! Menu could be expanded more. Add some more "Italian" dishes. I.e. Caprese, Calimari. more
Had a half order of chicken stew and a side salad. It was plenty of food at a good value for the money. more
