Needed a place last minute for our softball team. The front desk staff was outstanding! We were treated so well. I would recommend this place based solely on the staff but the hotel itself was just terrific. Would absolutely stay here again.

Review of Chick'n Headz

My son and I try to come here on payday Fridays but we couldn’t this week so we came today. Our 4th time I think. Now….im going to catch some sh*t for this…but we agree these are the BEST wings we ever had. And we are from BUFFALO. And it’s a local family owned by the absolutely very dearest folks. Check them out if you are here in NWA…..or make a special trip. We get Buffalo, Lemon Pepper, and Honey Mustard. The pickle fries and mozzarella sticks are ridiculous too. We plan to try the catfish next. Don’t eat all day….come hungry! And if you partake…get the margarita!

This was a very clean property and a clean foyer/greeting area. Good price for last minute booking during a long day...over 10 hours of traveling.

I have been in customer service for over 30 years. One thing that stood out was that in the morning when I was going to the truck to put in our suitcases, I glanced back to see where the foyer/front desk was, the clerk caught my eye and waved goodbye to us. I was so impressed, I went to the front desk and told them what that meant to me. That is was a gesture that put me firmly into the roll of the customer and that they appreciated us coming.

The room was very clean, comfortable and the bed was just perfect for these old bones! We will remember this when we come through again!

My wife and I booked a room online to stay for the night after traveling for 10 hours that day. When we arrived, the foyer was absolutely different from the pictures on Super 8's site. The foyer and greeting area was filthy, threadbare and dark. The foyer was painted some kind of green unknown to man. Plexiglass was everywhere around the counter. When I arrived, the clerk was assisting another customer who was paying cash for the room (what hotel takes cash these days?). When it was my turn, the clerk informed me that there was a $50 deposit for any damage or smoking in the room. If I paid cash,. I would get it back at the end of my stay. If I put it on my card it would be up to a week before it came back into my account. I traveled for 12 years and was never asked for a deposit of any kind. I promptly denied the room and cancelled my reservation.

Wyndham hotels need to do a site visit on the property. The pics on the website or misleading nd someone will eventually step up and look into a false advertising claim!

Very clean. Comfortable beds. Large room. Not sure the pool was really heated and no hot tub like listed. But they are under construction so that may be resolved. My only complaint was that in our room, the blackout curtains were no match for the outside flood light aimed at our window. Overall, very pleased and would stay again.

Upon check-in, I was greeted by Josh. His professional demeanor, yet caring and friendly also made me absolutely feel right at home. This guy is the model for hospitality and excellent customer service. You guys need to extract and bottle up whatever he possesses because it’s magic!

Quick check-in process. Breakfast is from 630-9am downstairs and there is plenty of decent coffee there! If you have children traveling with you, this breakfast option is a major perk. Lots of things kids will eat there. The room was clean and equipped with the basics. A Keurig in the room- ( 2 coffee pods, no tea bags, powdered creamer) Shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenser in large shower. Shower floor pan is very slippery when wet!! Shower had a nice sliding glass door.
I had room 314 which was a larger king suite. My window faced the highway, and I did hear highway sounds. I would ask not to stay on this side of the building if I do ever return to this property. I am a light sleeper. My room had two large televisions on the wall. Comfortable and no- frills hotel stay.

very noisy from external and internal sources. Bed was not made properly and fitted sheet kept coming off. Window unit quite loud and came on and off a lot. The adjacent doors when shut were noisy. Little counter space in the bathroom and lighting poor in the bathroom.

Looking for a quasi-healthy and tasty dinner in Fayetteville and found it here. The service was great, very accommodating of our family’s allergies, and the food quality was very good. Ambience isn’t the greatest but the food and service made up for it. Really nice find in NWA.

Review of Wendy's

In today's economy, you would think that people would appreciate you spending your hard-earned money at their business. These people made me feel foolish as though my stopping in for lunch was inconvenient for them! The next time I want to blow $15 on a meal I think I'll go to Chick-fil-A and save myself the humiliation!

Review of Wasabi

Horrible food in a dirty restaurant. For the spicy tuna roll, they had ground up the tuna and it had the consistency of wet cat food. The other sushi rolls were mediocre at best. There was the back of a fan next to my seat that had caked on dust that looked like it had never been wiped off since they first plugged it in. Floor looks like it hasn't been swept in months. Table next to us went uncleaned for first 30 minutes we were there, even though there was hardly any people in the restaurant (and now I know why!).

I enjoy staying here often because the people are friendly and accommodating, the room are spacious and always clean, the hotel has all the amenities you expect at a more expensive hotel (wi-fi, computer, printer, fitness room, swimming pool, terrace with a grill and breakfast).

The Hotel itself is clever in design and style. Clean room and comfortable bed. The staff however is your typical left wing liberal midset of you better fall inline and do what we say, and don't expect to be treated like a guest, your lucky to be here. Their is a particular blue haired coffee pourer,(barista is way too kind), who was simply the snottiest, unpleasant, and unprofessional person I have dealt with in a long time. The scenerio; The lobby bar doubles as a coffee bar in the morning. I had come down for some coffee and to read a bit while my wife slept. There were two workers making coffee. Literally, that's all they were doing. The first worker came up to me as I sat at the bar and took my order. Easy enough. Just black coffee. I asked for ice water also and was given a small plastic cup and told you can self serve yourself to water. No ice but ok. I then read for about 30 minutes and watced as blue hair made mess after mess of not really knowing how to make coffee. I also wated as others, like me sat down on bar stools around the bar and their orders were take. Mind you, they had people walking up to the bar and ordering to go, but I was sitting at the bar like a normal guest. After I finished my coffee, I tried to get blue hairs attention to get another cup of coffee. I sat as she walked by me, made a mess of the coffee repeatedly, but refused to even glance towards me. After about 15 minutes I noticed a carraf of coffee sitting next to me. I reached over and took hold of the handle and poured myself a coffee. Like magic, blue hair looked at me as I to say "You just killed my coffee! Making coffee is my life, how dare you serve yourself. I immediately said to her, I'll take this and I need another to go and I'll put it on my room. She said what are you doing! I told her I've been trying to get your attention for 15 minutes with no luck! Now keep in mind, I had been sitting for quite a while and had been served there before hand as had several other patrons! Her remark to me was Most people get in Line! Ridiculous as I was drinking my coffee at the bar and she knew this! She sucked at her job and her first response to me war argumentative and hateful. What is crazy is we had the absolute best cocktail server at the same bar the night before. Some people should not be in the service industry and should not deal with people. Blue hair should stay in her parents basement and leave service to the adults in the room. One more thing, as a frequent hotel guest, and a person who owns and runs a company based on customer service, with the prices you pay per night at the graduat,(one of the most expensive hotels in the area) you would expect much better service from every employee. I have relayed this story to many of my friends who have said the snooty employee attitude has been noted multiple time by many people who have stayed there. Alas, we will not be staying there again as we get much better service at Marriott and Hilton Properties.

Absolutely loved the hotel and things would have been perfect had it not been for (an area of) the room was not attended to. There were crumbs that were left underneath the glass top on the dresser. All the employees were extremely nice.

The hotel was ok. We went to turn down our bed and found used socks in it. Used their text system for resolution only to be ignored. Had to walk up to the front desk and ask them for our bed to be remade. All the waitresses at the bar in the evening and in the morning seemed put out. Probably won’t be back. Shame too bc my daughter will probably end up going to school there which means I’ll need future hotel stays. Just won’t be at the graduate.

This is a cute hotel close to campus with some great places within walking distance. Staff is very professional and polite. Paid a little extra than normal, but wanted to be as close to campus for Mom/Daughter weekend. Highly recommend.

We had the best night at The Graduate! Service was excellent, and Caden & Max were so helpful and patient with us at valet. Traveling with two small kids is hectic, but they made it easy!

We will definitely be back, and can’t wait to swim in the indoor/outdoor pool again!

Great experience! Beautiful place! Be sure to see the geode bar and wall piece. Chopped salad was the best I have ever had! Veal and the chicken parmesan were both excellent! Our waiter was fun and efficient. Try the basil ice cream crepes for dessert! If you want to save a little money, bring cash. They charge 3.9% for using a card.

We were in Springdale for one night for a concert. The venue and multiple restaurants are in walking distance of the hotel!
The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. Our night was great. Check in staff was very attentive and helpful. No complaints! We will happily stay here again.
